Did an at-home cold plunge in ice water today. 🧊

Nothing to see here. Just totally normal human behavior.

Going from hot to cold is so good for your pores

Did sauna and ice cold shower today. Grounded and reset 🫡

The importance of grounding is incredibly under appreciated.

My shower is retarded in that pressure and the temperature are the same dial. So in order to get the pressure up, I automatically have to bring the temperature up mid-way too. So I literally can’t do a cold shower. Ice bath instead.

💪 bath tub or got something specific for cold plunges?

Bath tub for now.

Go ocean dipping with ice floating around for next level 🥶

I have to follow it up with a sauna. The cold energy tends to stay with me all day and kind of makes me lethargic. Either way, it’s a great and healthy way to start the day. Good for you.

Mixing in some breathwork and horse stance afterwards fixes this for me, highly recommend.

proof of brrrrr

I tried yesterday but summer heat wrecks the “cold” tap water temp 😂

It was a great visual reminder of how Q=mcΔT works. Apparently I needed ≈24.61 MJ or 6.84kWh of energy to bring the water temp down to 45°F 😵‍💫nostr:note1skzp6uxnd5uud3l8qk04jnvp6xv7key697fe4ay8s3sfwq7g0nvs8ggxeu

Lmao, Perplexity LLM estimates ≈141 lbs of ice would be needed 😂

I need *a lot* of ice to get it cold. Bags and bags of ice.

THE COLD HEALS ALL
