Can you explain the congratulations then? Usually we say that when something changes for the better in someones life
I thought I said “congratulations”, which means congratulations. Right? It doesn’t mean “I think things are going to change now”. It means congratulations.
But I recant my congratulations, and I hope you’re banished to the same place as Trudeau where you two can pop each others butts.
