As the proud father to an awesome daughter, living in the UK, it's always baffled me why my daughter isn't allowed to carry any weapon that could be used to protect herself.

We gave up our rights to bare arms slowly over time out of fear, emotional manipulation and an indoctrinated population that believes the state is mother.

When in reality the state is an abusive partner and not a nurturing mother. Shame on our ancestors. Shame on us for allowing it to continue.

It is more likely that that weapon will end up harming an innocent person or in the hands of criminals than protecting your daughter. That's the reason.

So she ought to be left defensless because a criminal, who would already likely be armed, could get hold of the weapon? Why would it end up harming an innocent? My daughter isn't an animal and she's not daft.

pepper spray is nice

See now that's a totally reasonable option, yet here in the UK it's illegal. Ridiculous.
