I am learning an incredible amount just by reading issues and pull requests in llama.cpp!

A few weeks ago, I knew nothing about weight quantization in AI models, had no idea what LoRA was, and was unaware of how badly mmap is broken on Windows.

Contributing to a new open-source project feels like being in a room where everyone is smarter than you. However, after a few weeks, you become one of these smart people, and you can start helping others.

This is truly empowering!
