What if cashu gets integrated in lightning nodes for non-interactive anonymous payments? You could nut-zap from your integrated mint and the recipient could redeem whenever online. Redeem could be via LN again.

If there is a way to do that natively in LN, let me know. Until then I don't think that nuts are such a bad approach.
