I HIGHLY recommend 2 different cooking methods for easy delicious steak.

1: Sous Vide at 135° for 2 hours in a vacuum sealed bag with steak seasoning (works fresh or frozen straight from the freezer maybe do it a little longer from the freezer if desired). Then after cooking the steaks in either ice water or running water in their bags, open the bag and dry and sear on a hot pan at 350° with some butter or lard for a few min on each side. (There is a concern of plastic with this method due to the bag, but the water bath temperature is fairly low at least.)

2: Get a Bluetooth thermometer, I use a "Chef's IQ" I got as a gift. Just bake the steak and the app will tell you when to flip and when to remove to reach the target temperature at the center.

Both methods product delicious steak and pork chops! I even used the bluetooth thermometer for fresh salmon which turned out great. 😁
