No, the lifestyle is inseparable from the place.
My US based employer has been chasing me to move there for years now. They would sponsor my visa, relocation package, job for the wife, etc.
Despite all, I know I can't even remotely have a similar lifestyle to the one I currently have in Barcelona. So I keep refusing his offers.
We spend time in Japan every year too, family thing. What we do and how we do it, again, completely different. I can live in Japan, it's a good lifestyle too, but it has nothing to do with how I live here.
Agree. "Lifestyle" isn't just a mindset - it's deeply tied to place. What works in Barcelona won't feel the same in the US or Japan... It's the culture, pace, and social systems that shape how we live. You can't simply transplant that vibe elsewhere.
