I think only a student of #Bitcoin would get the irony of that statement (the second part).
Context: The state of NY is out control with its regulatory and tax mandates that are being forced on it's residents.

I never want to go back. I have to travel through occasionally. I never, ever spend money there anymore.
I've felt the same way for over 10 years now. Since then I've not ever woken up thinking...I miss .......from NY. I've experienced all the hallmark experiences that everyone should in their lifetime with respect to that state growing up and with mini me long ago.
