Big pump??
Could fall, but It breaks out of the descending triangle which is a bullish signal.
For sure
I guess personally I don't understand why the triangle matters. It's almost like the triangle is leading the price. The cart before the horse. To me there are many real world factors contributing to price so I guess that's why I don't understand the significance of/the a triangle.
Descending triangles come to a tip, and needs to break out of it. It breaks up or down… usually other indicators, CME gaps (like the one at 38k) sometimes hint which direction it can flow, but yes, real world factors matter and dictate which direction price moves.
When you say "needs to break out of it", would you please explain that further? What creates or is the need? What is the force?
Thx
Lower highs, higher lows, eventually a candle has to close above or below the lines of the triangle coming to a close. And the moment the candle closes out of that range, the derivatives market starts clocking call/put orders en masse
Thank you
I no longer trade, I hodl.
However, various existing indicators in TA of will remain effective until derivatives markets and leveraged trading are regulated with more scrutiny.
