Once upon a time, I worked in a deeply toxic workplace. There were people who were utterly horrible to me, including the person I (at one point) thought was my best work friend. This person stabbed me in the back in a way that made a bad situation exponentially worse.

I never confronted them about it because I was so shocked that I couldn't even process it (and may have been in denial about it).

Anyway, I just saw that they've followed me on Bluesky.
