The sats are still ordered the same way since one of the characteristics of coin joins is they’re still basically just normal transactions.

A random person in the cj will get it (depending on how the outputs are ordered)

That's what I suspect, but I'm not sure. Would the random coin joiner in the pool have anyway of knowing if his jpeg was attributed to the transaction? How about a chain analysis company?
