My mom thinks the same amount of food should be made for Thanksgiving whether 20 or 5 people are coming for dinner. I gave up arguing and just baked.

Sometimes i think the overcooking is part of the enjoyment for my mom. Stresses me out! But i think thats just a generational difference so right there with you...cook, cook, cook! 😂
