I made that just last week - was yum.

Ever had "cold chili" also know as "cowboy caviar" - that is awesome too for hot days and no cooking.

I can't say I have. Is it just chili but you eat it cold or do you prepare that differently?

It’s pretty much that. All the chili ingredients minus the meat mix and marinate and eat. It surprisingly yummy.
