We had that. Do you know what happened? The state used it to bypass criminal courts and imprison normal people.
No trial. No one listens to your appeals. Why would they? You’re crazy. You’re stuck in there for as many years as the staff wants you there, and the more sane you act, the more convinced they are you’re hiding crazy, because why would a probate judge lie?
