I love #framework laptops, the whole modular concept, and the aesthetics kill me. But what about the build quality? Do they feel solid? Do the modules fit well?

I have a 16, there is a small bit of compromise in solidness. Overall machine is solid, keyboard and trackpad are solid and stay well in place as any other laptop. There is a little bit of split I notice with the pieces that fill in around the trackpad but that's really it. IMHO though being able to fix, replace, repair is totally worth it.
