Decades of aid, not one country has been taken out of poverty. It goes to enrich the people in bed with NGOs and the IMF.
All corrupt criminals that must be removed by force, if not from office then from this plane of existence.
Also some of these countries arent even poor.
South Africa is rich. Its engineered to be poor.
