This feels like a sarcastic version of what people wanted. We wanted the border secured (check!), a significant reduction in the size of the federal government (Never gonna happen), and a functioning economy where jobs aren't all sent over seas.

I think too many people are trying to picture Trump as 2016 candidate Trump calling out George W Bush for lying us into war. As soon as the party is in power the voters completely forget the lessons they learned.
