We live in a world where 'might makes right' enabling others with more might to ignore your rights. Could Nostr counteract this? Nostr security and privacy could really change the playing fiel, protecting judges and jury. Imagine hurting someone, having a case brought against you, losing, and that verdict splashed all over social media. The case could be a private or public group owned by the plaintiff, who invites a judge, who invites jury members after reading the initial writ, then inviting defendant to join and run his defence.

They don't ignore your rights when you sue them
Here's a sample proces flow of how public justice on Nostr could work. Naturally, it's not bullet proof (yet). Positive feedback on starting a basic implementation is welcome. Like everything else, this will have to gradually grow, becoming more effective as features are added. https://imgproxy.snort.social/WtHCZt8mkmY_aEkULD3CbC8nHOSt6NyrddRvZBp7fbI/rs:fit:910:910/dpr:2/aHR0cHM6Ly9pbWFnZS5ub3N0ci5idWlsZC80NTFmZGIzMTg1OWMxZTJkOTA2YzA1MDFkN2VlODU3NGM5YTEwMGJiNzBkOTQ2OGVmOTFiMTY2NThmMWQ3ZWQzLmpwZw
But why would the defendant participate?
