Woke up with severe pain in my jaw that pressured the wound. Most likely slept in the wrong position causing already inflammed muscles to clench.

Calmed myself down. Focused on breathing. Had little zips of semi-warm water with a pinch of Celtic Salt. Feeling much better already.

Would have possibly panicked if it wasn't for ChatGPT.

Chilling on the balcony for now until I'm sure I can go back to sleep again without the jaw muscles tightening up again.

Teeth have always been my weak spot.

It's incredible what the body is capable of. From "kill me now" to "damn, this is actually kinda chill right now" in an hour.

Anyways, thanks to the Demiurge for creating this flawed body.

I put salt in my (filtered) water every time I drink, which is several times a day. Much of our pain comes from either inflammation from anti-nutrients (usually plant defense chemicals), or mineral deficiencies. Celtic sea salt, Himalayan salt, etc. are good sources to counteract such deficiencies.

Yes, I'm a fan of adding pinches of Celtic salt to my RO water as well. Especially in the morning, half an hour before I usually have my first coffee.
