it’s core on an umbrel. How do I run knots on it? Quite keen to do that when I get home

NICE! Knots does not come bundled in Umbrel afaik

If your' willing to, you could flash EmbassyOS from Start9 and that supports it. Or, even better, deep into raspibolt.org and just install Knots instead of Core
