It’s funny when you’re at a gig a people start putting their phones up to film what’s happening right in front of them. Not just from the inability to live in the moment but also as you get to see just how many shitty apps people have on their phone.

Clearly a lot of people never read what permissions apps are using.

I wonder what Orwell would think if he knew what he predicted was entirely opt in?

I appreciate there’s some irony as I type this on my phone but at least I’m just sat on the toilet and not in a big hall with some absolutely world class musicians on stage.

Exactly, I’m proud of myself that I never knocked the phone out of the hands of the person infront of me, as they held it up for extended periods. I did nearly press stop on the record as their phone was so close!
