I used arch for a few years, I like it a lot but switched to Debian stable after the last months vulnerabilities on Linux. Those are the two distros I most like despite their differences but the philosophy behind those projects is what pleases me. What do you think about it? What distro do you use?

I use gentoo where I customized all aspect of the system. Not replicable for every workflow as it is a compile-first distro, with possibility to use binaries for heavier packages like browsers.
I frankly like it, it is super minimal, the kernel compile only the drivers and functions I need. In the end it required me a lot of time to initial setup (time that I considered "invested", as I learned a lot during the process), but today it requires me a little mininal effort to maintain.
Gentoo its like a toolbox for "creating your own distro" if you dive into it, and it is very satisfying with the opportune mindset :)
