Finally pulled the trigger on a dab press. I want to start making my own cartridges. I got a dabpress brand 6 ton bottle jack press. The plates are 3x5"
I did more reading after we went back and forth. And it seems like it's a mix of both surface area and pressure, and a well-built 6-ton press will outperform a shitty built 12-ton press. I'm excited to see how this performs.
It's why I'm growing, because I want to do bubble hash. Extract those terpines and press the shit out of them and get liquid Bitcoin. Hahahahaa that's what I call the rosin all the time. I watch a video of the rosin dripping. I just be like looking at all that liquid Bitcoin. Hahahahaa
Yeah, I've been growing weed for so long that it seems really dumb that I don't have my own press, so I decided to fix that. Now I don't have to use my friend's press that's an hour drive back and fourth.
Then I can start experimenting with more stuff like making cartridges and whatnot.

I would only use solvents to extract if you have lab grade equipment and use lab grade butane or hex. Residuals from those setups are measured in parts per billion so effectively non existent. But almost no one has access to that caliber of equipment and solvents of that quality.
