When someone says: "You should buy a house!" (Meaning by borrowing fiat from a fiat bank)...

They're forgetting 2 things:

1. You, the recipient of that free piece of advice, don't even know where to begin to "saving money". 🤷‍♂️

2. If by any chance, you ever get to understand saving money at all, you'd have a high chance (IMO) of falling into OTHER savings mechanisms vs traditional banks. Namely #bitcoin :bitcoin_sm:

Crazy dilemma, that is to make payments (in worthless fiat, to a worthless bank), for 30 years of your life, while pseudo-renting a piece of slowly decaying "property" that in all honesty, you may dishonor the moment you lose your jobby job. Why? Easy money, that's why. Bravo! 👏

I can't lend you 6 figures just because you have an excellent credit score I'm so sorry. Even family. Oh yes, unless it's monopoly money of course. 💵

It's a complete scam. And the prices of the houses... what insanity.

Your completely stuck to a house, with a huge financial debt that doesn't reflect in any way the real cost of construction and then they'll tell you it's the way to go.

It's a Covid magnitude scam. But nobody cares because it is "the way to go".

Yeah but for example rural houses are much cheaper already. I'm referring more to urban or suburban. It's insanity really.
