Well, she is wrong, the worker is not forced to stay working with his employer if they don't feel like geting a fair wage they can go get another job somewhere else, it's a volontary decision, the emplyer is just helping out by taking his/her risk giving the employee a job. but what's not fair is the abusive state that forces them to pay you in a worthless fiat currency that the state can print out of nothingness.
