I'm currently at a 50% failure rate renting on Turo due to previous renters trashing the car and the owner not being able to fix it in time for my pick-up. 😡

Seems to be well down the #enshittification pathway of Uber, Airbnb, and the rest of the "sharing" economy....
Start out with a real white-glove experience that everyone loves, then you've got to build userbase so you cut corners on customer service hoping that people have already "locked into" the platform
