Yeah. It mostly just helps you filter out bots and scammers.
Does it hide someone if the score is too low?
Oh i should actually just read the thing you sent me 
yeah, but that is configurable by the user. it defaults to a score of 1. also, the score is derived only from people you follow so someone can't spin up a million accounts and have them all mute an account to make them have a negative score.

Rien à voir Bieds tel le modèle de notation en Chine ou dans les grandes entreprises repris chez Facebook insta, Whatsapp hélas... de plus monetise quelle heure je préférais insta et Whatsapp, Flickr d'avant largement...
