Good ideas! Can one make those auto play, so to build video feeds in a app? Noticed that direct links to mp4 auto play in Amethyst :)
In this model, autoplay would involve either auto-leeching, or auto-paying. Something to think about

Checked out Webbtorents, it has some interesting buffering tech. But very few stable working examples / projects use it.
BitChute advertise magnet links to their content, but they don't seed any of it; so it's basically just for show.
