Is there a nostr client that allows to save personal comments to npubs? Like if a nostrich is super helpful like nostr:npub1v9qy0ry6uyh36z65pe790qrxfye84ydsgzc877armmwr2l9tpkjsdx9q3h and i want to remember that, can i do that somehow?

Amethyst lets you do bookmarks. Not sure about other clients.
Yeah bookmars are also available in damus and primal afaik. But i can only safe the content not add any information to it =/
You could DM yourself. That would let you save encrypted notes that link out to other notes.
