Fun Fact: Brunei has the lowest Debt-to-GDP in the world, pretty much at 0% due to oil revenues and low population.
Sounds perfect except I've been there and sadly the street lights don't work, potholes in the road (and pavement) and you're likely to get run over at the pedestrian crossing.
