I use Alby with Nostrgram on desktop and occasionally Damus with no wallet.

If I were to import my keys onto Current and use the built in wallet...which wallet will zaps route to when I am offline?

yes. when importing your keys into Current you can leave the getalby address or change it to current address. if you leave it getalby then zaps go there.
