Something about this feels fake. Like he's sending the email to himself, yet addressing someone else? Plus he was a cornered animal. He would have said anything to try and survive. Not saying it's not possible, but I would need more evidence.
I know right? Imagine if this was sent to himself as a backup because according to this Bill was asking to delete emails....

That's one possibility. Although if that were the case, why wouldn't he put something in there like, "I'm writing this to myself as a backup"?
Possibly had his client set up to BCC himself for everything?
