My scrambled eggs recipe is courtesy of Delia Smith who got the technique from some cook at the Savoy. V posh hotel in London. Delia Smith also has the dubious honor of being the owner of the Norwich Football Club. I say dubious because I am an Arsenal Gunner. It is all good fun ;)
