Better to own a proper grill first

Great fun, great food. Not only pizza, we do foccacia, bread, roast, chicken...

Not suitable for tempering steel…too expensive. Home oven works fine.

Not suitable for heat treating steel. But a propane furnace is.

Other than that, they’re great. It’s all about efficiency in creating something you shouldn’t eat.
