I followed along while driving 😭 maybe need to put a disclaimer in the front 🤷‍♂️ Im alive and did not crash, but laughed when he said it. If a diaphragm breath takes 6 seconds then you breathe for 3 minutes, breath out/hold for 1:45 then in and hold for 15 seconds. 5 minutes per round, 3 rounds, then cold shower. Lets do it in May ##
