Since the terrible war started in Ukraine I've been looking for ways to help where ever I can but I feel it's not enough

Would it be an idea that I create an open source web application where people can submit 'war crime evidence' with a 'what, where & who'

Maybe it can be used after the war to serve justice for Ukraine somehow..

Ofc the real challenge is to 'verify' the content though
