I think everyone agrees to that, so the phrase feels empty and pointless. Also, freedom without limits is so overwhelming 99% of us would have a meltdown: how do you live in a room without walls, ceiling or floor?

What made you share it? Imo the real questions are: what is freedom? How does my freedom effect your freedom? How do conflicting freedoms coexist? Etc.
