I'm so nervous and scared right now. Maeve had her first heat cycle March into April and may now have pyometra. We planned to have her spayed after her 2nd heat so that her body could fully mature. I just got off the phone with my landlord explaining I may be paying for unexpected surgery for my dog and asked if we could make an arrangement on rent, her answer was a swift "no". I'm going to get my dog the care she needs now matter what, so I guess it's time to pray for a miracle.
