A week after undersea cable failures disrupted Internet connectivity in Africa, Cameroon and Ghana have still only partially recovered. Cameroon saw another traffic drop yesterday, around 19:00 UTC. Benin and Burkina Faso have mostly recovered. #internet outage africa recovery

always look into who benefit most - who will get contract to fix n rebuild get paid for the mess - watch movies so easy - only few repairing ships in the world unless cut happens very close to coastline.
