I agree. There's always the problem with the peg. If I don't have signing authority of a #Bitcoin UTXO, then I've only got something pegged to it. And the person or mechanism responsible for that peg now must be trusted. That's where the cheating can be done. And if cheating can be done, it eventually will be done.
