Signal is a centralized entity right? I thought I heard signal messages were used in the FTX trial. Meaning signal keeps the data.

Im not sure. I want to say yes but I think there may be an encrypted log of it on their database so if they got our phones and somehow extracted the keys from it, they may be able to decrypt the logs? But signal does key rotations so over time the keys on your phone change. In theory, the keys on your phone would only be able to decrypt the messages sent with those keys and not older messages sent with older keys.

Do you recommend building a computer for Bitcoin stuff? I am thinking of that and having all my sparrow, bisq, node, etc on there.

I have a start9 server. I haven’t built a computer myself for that purpose. If you feel like doing so, go for it. Should be a fun project
