1. Donald Trump.

2. JD Vance.

I hope and trust that the ghost of Dick Cheney was pleased, and smiling a crooked smile while observing the scene. And it is good that neither Trump nor Vance were present; it would not have been right to have had a memorial service interrupted with the choking and overpowering smell of sulphur.
