I have tried restarting, 6 channels force closed during the hurricane, past maturity, closing transactions confirmed over 2500 blocks ago, but still listed as “pending” and funds have not been returned.
Did you tried to restart your LN node? Usually when you restart it trigger the sweep operation from that multisig (force closing).
If not, then the last chance is using chaintools https://node-recovery.com/
