Trump reveals executive order signed in honor of 12-year-old allegedly killed by illegal migrant
During his speech to Congress Tuesday evening Trump revealed that he had signed an executive order to honor 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray who was allegedly slain by illegal migrants. The executive order names a wildlife refuge in honor of the deceased girl.
