3-14 days depending on chan size. Your wallet will sweep them automatically.
Just make sure the old channels show up in your Pending chans list as pending close.

I restored using my seed. Does it take several weeks for the funds to reappear automatically or do I need to do something manual after the restore?

I'm not sure what it's doing. It says I have over 1M sats on chain but I only had about 100k sats in my Lightning wallet. The UX is confusing.
Sounds like your are out of sync with the chain.
