I just did it and it was super easy, won’t disrupt anything: My wallet didn’t even need to be reconfigured. You don’t have to stop Bitcoin Core even.

Make sure when you go to the Marketplace, make sure it selected to the Community Registry to find Bitcoin Knots listed.
