What are the needs, and requirements?
Not entirely sure what you mean with best practice or tools for delegation but as far as companies go on Nostr, Blockstream sets a good example.
They were quite generous with zaps for my interaction with them, and thus get a good word of mouth in return.
Case in point: this note.
I also enjoy the healthy competitive attitude and banter between Zeus and Mutiny for example. They mock each others' shortcomings but in a good-spirited manner.
