Renewable conversation keys:

(2/3) Schnorr musig:: npub + schnorr(lastblock hash) + recipient npub

A little data heavy but you just encrypt each note with above key to everyone you intend to read note (follower/follows/group members/subscribers). Key renews on each block (for subscriber model).
