Peter Schiff's book How The Economy Grows and Why It Crashes is actually a very good book.
I plan to read it to my kids with one big side lesson: money having utility outside of performing it's function as money is a weakness, not a strength, and this misunderstanding is why the Schiff family is going to have fun staying poor in the long run.

Schiff gets so many things right. I actually love listening to him talk about everything except bitcoin. Everyone has their blind spots 🤷
It is a solid book, but what’s even better is his father’s original “how and economy grows and why it doesn’t,” upon which Peter’s book is based.
It’s virtually impossible to get a print copy (I bought one years ago and it’s a prized possession) but you can watch the whole book on YouTube
Just picked up Irwin's The Kingdom or Moltz from ebay.
Looks very based and non PC.
