If you don’t mind using custodial Lightning wallets, it’s easy. I don’t remember step by step but you could get the app BlueWallet and create a Lightning wallet with that. BlueWallet can also sign signatures using its key not in transactions. You can use this function the create an account at stacker.news which comes with a lightning wallet with a lnurl static address which can be used to receive zaps.

Or if you want to sign up using email and password you can skip the first part and just get a stacker.news account

Other methods for receiving zaps that I’ve heard about are Lightning Tip Bot and getalby but I don’t know any more about those
